FDR Middle School - All Virtual / 5 Day Survey Starting April 6, 2021
On Monday evening, March 15, our BTSD School Board of directors voted to modify our Health and Safety Plan which will allow more students to return to FDR in person.  

Starting Tuesday, April 6, 2021, our FDR families will have the option of having their children remain all virtual for the remainder of the year or return to FDR 5 days a week.  Please note that there will be no Hybrid Model moving forward.  It is also important to highlight the fact that we will be returning to a normal Wednesday schedule where students will attend school until the end of the day and not be dismissed early.

We are asking that all families complete this survey by Tuesday, March 23 to confirm which model you would like your child to follow starting Monday, April 6.  

Additional communication will be made regarding procedures and expectations once all survey responses have been received.
