Autographed Print Copies Order Form
I am going to be placing an order for print copies of all my books.

If you're interested in purchasing print copies, you can visit my website (https://jodigallegos.com/shop/) or complete this order form.

All prices include shipping within the US
(If you're not in the US and you ordered a print book through Amazon or another vendor, just send a copy of your receipt to me at contact@jodigallegos.com and I'll mail you an autographed bookplate).

Once I receive your order and the books are ready to ship I'll invoice you via email.  
 
Orders  will be shipped out in no more than 5 business days after payment is received (I aim for 1-2 days). You will receive a confirmation when your order is mailed out.
