To be considered for our fellowship, you MUST MEET our minimum requirements. If you do not meet ALL of our requirements at this time, please consider applying when you are eligible to do so.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• You are passionate, dedicated, hard-working, innovative and have a growth mindset

• For STANDARD and INTERNAL applicants - a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by the official program start date (September 2024)

• For Community Leader Fellow track applicants - a minimum of a high school degree/GED and relevant work experience by the official program start date (September 2024) AND approval from your employer

• You are able to communicate (read, speak and write complex thoughts) in English fluently as all materials and programming is conducted in English)

• You are an American citizen OR are authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program (September 2024 -August 2025)*

*Challenge Detroit DOES NOT ASSIST with employment authorization, visa sponsorship, relocation or provide a housing stipend. Please find our FAQs on at www.challengedetroit.org/application for more information.
