1. Ensure the ipad is connected to your home wifi.

3.  Basic troubleshooting - restart the ipad completely, close and reopen the app in question, reinstall the app in question. (https://www.apsva.us/digital-learning/digital-learning-device-help/troubleshooting-tips/)
