Please use this form to submit your nominations for The El Capitan Theatre's, El Capitan Salutes program, a program honoring retired, active and reserve members of the military.
Each service member selected will receive a total of four (4) movie tickets, parking at the Hollywood and Highland Complex, 4-64oz popcorn tubs, and 4 bottled beverages! Honorees will be acknowledged during the opening speech before the movie with their photo featured on the big screen as well as our iconic marquee on Hollywood Blvd.

After applying for our El Capitan Salutes program you will receive a confirmation that your submission has been received, but please note that, due to the high volume of requests we receive, we will only be able to contact those service members or submitter that we are selecting to be recognized.
