Abstracts are solicited for both oral and poster presentations.
All submissions must specify one or more relevant workshop topics for sorting/categorization.
Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Organizing Committee (including topic facilitators) and will be assigned to a single overarching topic based on SOC judgement and time allocations.
ALL RELEVANT ABSTRACTS WILL BE ACCEPTED! However, oral presentation requests may be assigned as posters depending on subject matter, relevance, and time allocations for individual sessions.
Contributed oral presentations are expected to be 15-20 minutes long (specific length to be determined based on number of abstracts submitted and time available). All presentations will be made via Zoom shared screen, for a consistent experience in-person and online.
Posters must be submitted as PDF for availability online, including for in-person posters, and will be posted on the workshop website. Posters may ALSO be printed and displayed in person; printed posters may remain up throughout the week. Dedicated poster sessions will include both in-person and online (via Zoom breakout rooms or Gather, TBD) options.
