Urban Trees - making choices for a changing climate
Your local Landcare Group is seeking your participation in this community survey to help us better understand how to effectively manage urban trees in a changing climate.

Evidence indicates that our region will be subject to increased heat and more frequent heatwaves, together with more frost days, and we need to plan for a sustainable and resilient streetscape that can reduce the urban heat island effect and tolerate frost.

“Urban Trees – making choices for a changing climate” is supported by the Victorian Government and funded through the Sustainability Fund - Supporting Our Regions to Adapt program.

This project is led by Ararat Landcare Group in collaboration with Ararat Rural City Council, Project Platypus and Upper Mount Emu Creek Landcare Network.
