We will feature live entertainment, DJ, education and awareness on Juneteenth, vendors, food, games and so much more.  We welcome you to come and share the information about your organization and/or to market your goods and services.

Vendors should be mindful that this event will be very family orientated. If your booth will contain items that are of an adult-nature, those items must be displayed so that they are out of the reach (and sight) of children.  We will also have giveaways and other contests throughout the day, so feel free to donate an item for our raffles. Spaces are 10x10.

Vendor amounts range from are $50 to $375. 

Vendor spaces are available for set-up between 8 am and 11:00 am on Saturday, June 15, 2024 to be open by 1 pm, to remain open until 8:00 p.m., tear down starting at 8:30 p.m. and vacate the premises no later than 9:30 pm.  VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS. You will not be able to set up after 11 am nor receive a refund.

501(c)3 selling food must register as a food table or truck vendor.

All vendors are responsible for clean-up of their vendor areas. If you do not clean up your area, you not be invited back to be a vendor for next year. You will not be able to set up after 11 am nor receive a refund.

All food, dessert and homemade drink stations must be in compliant with DHEC. No EXCEPTIONS.

All vendors must follow all rules administered by the FIRE MARSHALL. No EXCEPTIONS.

Vendors will need to bring their own table, props, tents w/weights and chairs. The SCJFF will not be providing any of these items only the space. Preference of location determined by SCJFF Vendor Team.
