This is the registration form for individual participants interested to join the datathon. Participants from both the healthcare and data scientist background are welcome to registered. We will try to match you with teams that are still looking for team members based on your skills. Thus, information about your clinical or technical skills are crucial for the success of your matching.

Teams can no longer be changed after 6th Dec 2020.

Due to the overwhelming responses, we apologize in advanced that we may not be able to match everyone. Nevertheless, we will invite all registered participants to attend our online finals on 13th Dec (for free and by invitation only). Hope you may still join us next year.
