Recommendation Instructions
The above named student is applying for a 2020 - 2021 Producers Scholarship. All responses will be kept confidential, so please be as forthcoming as possible. If you are recommending more than one student, please differentiate as much as possible among applicants. All recommendation forms are due by Friday, March 12, 2021.
Using a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being marginal and 5 being exceptional, please rate this student in the following categories and give a brief explanation for your rating.
