Johnson County Schools Strategic Planning
The Johnson County School District is revisiting our strategic plan.  The plan formalizes the school district’s mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives. This enables stakeholders to voice and agree on the same priorities and focus on the path to improvement.  Part of the strategic planning process involves engaging the community and other stakeholders in providing feedback.  Strategic plans help districts to create efficiency and ultimately save time, money, and resources.

Values define those qualities that are desired to be both modeled by the educational practices within a school/district and also to be intrinsically established in the practices of its students.  Beyond academic proficiency, these values are what we hope students take with them into their futures.
