Because of the added risk of large group transportation during the Covid pandemic, Pierz Schools is offering parents more options and flexibility to provide transportation to and from school-sponsored off-campus events and activities, in lieu of the child taking part in school provided transportation.
Parents are allowed to take their own children to and from off-campus activities.  In doing so, the parent accepts full responsibility for their child and the transportation and voluntarily assumes all liability for any events that occur related to such transportation.  Parents must notify the Coaches or Advisors prior to transporting their child to or from any off-campus activity.
If any parent agrees to transport any other child (not their own) to or from any off-campus activity, the child’s parent and the parent providing the transportation (“parent driver”) must complete the following Waiver of Liability, which must be on file with Pierz Schools before the parent driver provides this transportation. The child’s parent must also notify the Coaches or Advisors prior to the off-campus activity that the child will be transported by another student’s parent.
Students are not allowed to transport themselves or any participants to or from any school-sponsored off-campus activity.
