**PVMS will ONLY use the Telegram App for PCO-related information and communication.

Staff will NOT address any specific concerns about a child, an employee, or a particular situation in this App.​ For anything other than PCO-related concerns, please continue to call the main office or call/email your child’s teacher and/or the Head of School.

The PVMS PCO group will have no less than 3 and no more than 6 admin members; admins can add and remove people from the group.

The PVMS PCO reserves the right to add and/or delete individuals from the group at any time.

Maintain respect for all members and their views. Respect the purpose and objective of the group.

No discussion of politics, religion, or sales. Please remember that this is a shared space so no inappropriate language (keep it G-rated).

Keep messages clear but concise.

For personal, individual communications, please send a private message to the other member. For example, if you wish to thank them for something, if you would like to share your email address, if you’d like to schedule a playdate, etc.

Let everyone participate – everyone’s contribution has value.

Be a team player – you have a unique set of gifts and talents to bring to the PCO. Use them to the best of your ability and help us make our events amazing!

Be patient when waiting for responses-people are busy and may not be able to respond right away. No one is obliged to respond to any message – public or private.

Before sending a video, picture, meme or any content, analyze if such material will be in the interest of the majority of the members of the group, is PCO-related, and is appropriate.
