Yes. I accept the company Volunteer Terms of Service. Including the restrictions of use for golf benefits, such as no golfing allowed during shifts, and no same-day use of golf benefits. Also I acknowledge I must be available at least 4 hours per month, and I will immediately lose my volunteer status if I do not show for my pre-scheduled shifts.
