SafeSport handles ALL reports of sexual abuse and child abuse for USRowing. Below is the form for submitting a complain for internal review.  If you have a reasonable suspicion of child abuse (including child sexual abuse), sexual misconduct, non-consensual sexual conduct, sexual harassment or intimate relationships involving an imbalance of power, please do not hesitate to complete the form below or to submit a complaint directly to SafeSport directly using their online form. You may opt to do both the FCRC form and the SafeSport form. SafeSport (and FCRC) also accepts reports of emotional and physical misconduct (including bullying, hazing and harassment) within an athletic organization, even if the parties are all youth athletes and not just if the incidents involves an adult.

NOTE: All internal reports will be reviewed by a SafeSport committee within the FCRC Board of Directors within 2 days. Thereafter, the committee will either handle the matter or refer it to SafeSport for further investigation and appropriate action. However, if the matter is deemed to be of the nature requiring immediate reporting to law enforcement (e.g., child abuse, sexual assault) the appropriate authorities will be contacted prior to a committee review.
