ACCESS ARRIVALS: Thursday 22nd August 2024
Thursday is our new arrivals day – for everyone.
Gates will open on Thursday at 10 am. Provided you’ve pre-booked online with our Access Team here, then the Access Team will be on hand to offer you dedicated assistance from then through until 6 pm, at which point we’ll be opening up the Glade Arena.
*ACCESS CARAVAN FIELD:
-Access Caravanners will be directed to a suitable pitch as close to the action as possible.
*ACCESS CAMPING
-If you need assistance, there will be flatbed trucks and golf buggies to assist you from the Access Car Park Hub to Access Camping. Please pack your gear in labelled boxes / bags for easy identification at the other end.
-Able bodied members of the same party will be asked to park up and walk down. Please come prepared with a trolley or similar and pack light!!!
-There will be a small Campsite Team for Access campers who require assistance pitching, however if others in your party can assist we would appreciate this.
DEPARTURES
-The Access Campsite Team will be on hand to assist if required, again, if others in your party can help, this would be appreciated.
-The field MUST be cleared by 12 midday on Monday
