In October 2021, approximately 700 citizens from 10 EU-member states and 2 global states will take part in a GlobalSay citizen consultation on robotics. This is part of the Robotics4EU project that encourages a response towards the issues, dilemmas and ethical questions that robotics bring about, both on an ethical and social level.
Therefore we are on the lookout for 10 hosts to kickstart these conversations, and represent Malta in this European discussion. Each host will be required to source 5-7 participants for an in-person group discussion of approximately two hours, and 75 euro will be given to the host after the session to cover any costs inquired; such as for refreshments, food or renting of a venue. The host will be required to have their own laptop and internet connection, as the discussion will be guided by prompts from an Robotics4EU designated programme. Participants eligibility is 18+ and discussions will be held during October.
If you are chosen to be one of our hosts, we will contact you with more information about how the Robotics4EU programme works. For further queries you may also contact
