Student Creator Application
Dates: February 8-9, 2020 from 10am to 6pm  Setup is Friday AFTER SCHOOL, Feb 7.

*PLEASE READ*
By filling out this form you understand you are *not* guaranteed an exhibition space. You will fill out this form and the approval process will go through two rounds. You must pass both rounds to receive a table space.

-ROUND 1: Guidance Office - Guidance will approve your application if you are passing ALL your liberal arts classes.
-ROUND 2: Art Teacher - your art teacher will assess if you are ready to display your artwork and are passing the class.

Once you've passed you must hand in your permission slip and audition agreement to the school.
