2024 Madison Boys Incoming 7th, 8th & 9th grade Summer Strength & Conditioning Registration  

Dates:
June 10- July 19
Workouts will be held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.  
There will be NO Workouts on July 4 & 5.
Freshman Football practices for the 2024 season start on August 7.

Workouts are from 8:00 AM- 9:30 AM.

Cost- $80,  (6 weeks of strength and speed training)
Payment options include Cash or by Check (payable to Madison High School) delivered on the 1st day of camp.  Payment can also be made by credit card with the given link:

*Make sure the registration below is completed.

*All Athletes must have a physical on file with the Training Staff.  Even if you have a physical on file, every athlete must complete the Medical History form and Online Participation form on RankOne.

**All Athletes must have a signed waiver form that can be printed from the Athletics Website.
