With Advanced Kick Coaching and Progress coaching and athlete development - Take the next step in your footy development.

Open to junior girls and boys from U8-U18 - all levels and abilities catered for. (groups will be based on age and gender)

Advanced Kick Coaching with expert coaches Chris Connolly and Wayne Oswald, offer specialist kicking skills coaching, including; practical sessions, video analysis and feedback reports via a unique online platform - AKC, providing a home kick coaching program with the analysis.
PLUS
Progress Coaching running training with coach Emma Gaul, offers tailored running technique training to help players of all ages improve their running and build strength to prevent injuries. Those attending the session will receive a resource with a four week running program and running drills.

Each half day session (3hrs) consists of 4x 45 minute sessions, including:
1. Filming - Kicking muscles warm up & Kicking filming
2. Kicking - Technique coaching (Wayne Oswald)
3. Kicking - Game sense coaching (Chris Connolly)
4. Running - Technique (Emma Gaul)

Program also includes tailored feedback analysis of kicking technique and follow up training drills to help improve skills.

Price: Half day session - $150 per player
