Please describe the objectives of the most recent agile project that you have worked on. *
This question is designed to provide you with an opportunity to share your understanding of how the objectives of a project are communicated to key stakeholders.
What was your role on the project and what were your  key responsibilities? *
What made it an Agile project as opposed to a Waterfall project?
We don't need a google search definition of the difference between Agile and Waterfall projects; we want your views on what made your most recent project agile.
What were some of the other Delivery Team roles that you worked with on the project? *
BIg or small, most projects have a number of roles that need to work collaboratively to deliver project outcomes.  Pick a recent agile project that you have worked on and list the various roles that you worked with.
How did the Delivery Team approach the task of defining the scope of the project? *
Typically agile projects start out with a high level view of the tasks required to support the idea or hypothesis.  This question is aimed at having you briefly explain the approaches that you are most familiar with.
What methods have you applied to the estimation of Delivery Team effort and which method worked best for you? *
There are number of estimation techniques that can be used on an agile project.  This question gives you the opportunity to describe the technique that you are most familiar with and why it worked.
How did the work of the Delivery Team get prioritised? *
We would like to know how you and your project teams prioritise work.  Please note; we are looking at how teams prioritise work across an agile project.
How did you measure and report Delivery Team progress to your key stakeholders? *
Communicating Delivery Team progress to key stakeholders is a critical part of the Delivery Manager role.  We are interested in hearing your thoughts on the metrics and presentation formats that have worked best for you.
What software tools were used to help drive the productivity of the Delivery Team?
This question relates to the tools that you've used to track the work that needs to be done, the work that's in-progress and the work that's done.  It would also be good to understand how you managed 'knowledge sharing' across the team.
What are your favourite collaboration tools and why?
Finding the right tools to capture and share information can have a big impact on the Delivery Managers ability to create a shared understanding of what the project is about and how it will be delivered.  We're always keen to look at tools that might help improve communication and understanding across our teams - let us know if you've got any favourites.
Can you describe a situation where you have used User Story Mapping?
We encourage the use of User Story mapping across our projects.  It's a pretty simple concept so don't worry if you haven't used them before we'll happily train you up.
What challenges (if any) have you experienced with Agile Frameworks frameworks?
Most of our teams use Scrum or a hybrid version of Kanban to deliver project/product outcomes.  For the most part the process works really well; however, we have had teams that have faced challenges with maximising the benefit of Agile. This question gives you the opportunity to share some of your own experiences with Agile.
How have you measured the success of projects that you've help deliver? *
This question is intended to highlight your understanding of how the benefits of a project are measured.  Your response should be based on your own experiences with measuring the outcomes of a project.
What do you think is the right level of governance to support an Agile project? *
This question is intended to provide us with an understanding of your views on Agile Project Governance.  Feel free to include a list of the artefacts that you think are needed to support the governance of an agile project.
