Use this form to confirm your request to join Contest Club Ontario, or to re-activate your
Associate membership to Active status.
If you do not have points awarded within the previous 2 years by submitting your entry to a sponsor of one of the contests on the sCCOre calendar, your membership will be returned to the Associate level.
Active membership with an Ontario callsign is required to participate in the sCCOre award program.
