2023 Winter Warm Up
DEADLINE IS THURSDAY, NOV. 10
Perry County Children’s Fund volunteers at District 32 are working with local companies and organizations to make sure our at-risk students are warm this winter. If your family will not be able to provide a warm coat/hoodie or shoes for your child/ren this winter, please complete this form. The information you provide here will be used by local donors to purchase warm gear for your children. Fill out this form for every child living in your home who is age 17 or  younger (or older if still enrolled at District 32)  that you wish to receive Winter Warm Up items. You may also request one gift (up to $20 value) for the child. 
For those wishing to send Thank You notes and videos to donors, please send them to Kate Martin at the Central Office or kmartin@pcsd32.com.
