Self-Guided School Group Tour Request Form

Thank you for your interest in a self-guided tour at the Philadelphia Museum of Art!

To request a visit, please fill out this form, and the School Programs team will reach out to coordinate your visit. Due to high volume, please schedule your visit 4-6 weeks in advance of your desired visit date! We will do our very best to get back with you within 10-12 working days following submission of this form.

Self-guided school groups are limited to 50 students maximum per group. Larger groups will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on other tours happening in the museum. There must be 1 chaperone per 10 students, their admittance is free. Each additional chaperone is $28.

Self-guided group tour times are Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10:30am and 11:30am. Currently, we are unable to offer indoor lunch space for self-guided school groups at this time.
