Fall 2024 Lifelong Learning @ Rock Hill Program Proposal & Facilitator Recruitment Form
The information you provide on this form will be used in consideration for course offerings, programs and events, and, upon agreement, to compose the semester schedule and catalog. The form is requested for all course and program proposals.

Through its instructors and staff, Lifelong Learning @ Rock Hill (LL@RH) strives to foster a culture of respect in which an open exchange of ideas and an environment for respectful discussion is welcomed and encouraged.

We ask LL@RH facilitators to:
+Establish and maintain an environment for an open exchange of opinions and creative discussion and not promote specific religious, political or philosophical beliefs;
+Avoid promotion of their own or other specific businesses, products or services by way of announcements and marketing, including the non-requested distribution of business cards, brochures or company presentation templates;
+Avoid the use of email addresses or contact information of LL@RH participants beyond specific course communications. Continuing contact with participants after the conclusion of the course requires intentional opt-in and easy opt-out features on the part of the participants.

Maximum Number of Participants (Class maximums can be flexible but may be dictated by classroom size.) *
Minimum Number of Participants (Volunteering to facilitate a program is a generous gift, and LL@RH wants to be respectful of your time and efforts. Occasionally programs have smaller registration numbers, which affects a facilitator's comfort in leading the program. Please keep this in mind when answering this question.) *

Priority scheduling for courses will be for Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning or afternoon. However, when necessary, we will also look at Fridays. Please indicate any day or time you are absolutely NOT available.
The fall semester will be extended in 2024. The first session is Sept. 3-Oct. 4. The second session is Oct. 14-Nov. 22. Programming will not occur the week of Oct. 7-11. Please indicate which session is of preference to you. *
Recognizing that the semester is longer this fall, and a 4-week course will not fill all the weeks of a session, are there specific dates within the session you selected above that you are not available? You do not have to list dates that correspond to days of the week you already indicated do not work for you. Please type N/A if no other dates need to be noted. Thank you! *
Once a program ends, participants often want to express gratitude or follow-up in conversation with the facilitator. Do you give permission for the LL@RH coordinator to share your email address and/or mailing address with registered participants of your program? *
