The Ministry Training Program is a 15 month online ministry leadership development program that discovers leaders, both international and American, with a call for international ministry. Our goal is to equip men and women for transformational ministry to people groups around the world.

Leaders will learn how to revitalize their ministries, build intentional community with each other in partnership with the local Church, receive personal mentoring and strategize about ministry multiplication. Residents are further equipped as ministers, ministries are enriched, and the mission is empowered — all unto seeing the gospel go forth around the world.
