You must use this form to request a fee waiver for the following:  ACT, SAT, College Application or NCAA Clearinghouse application.  

For College Applications: there are no limits on how many you request.  Please be sure to indicate (in Xello as well) how you are submitting your application: either through Common App or Direct to Institution.  For college application fee waivers - you will not get anything from me - the waiver will be approved (Common App) in Xello, or I will submit a form directly to the college (Direct to Institution) via Xello.

For the ACT and SAT: you are allowed 2 fee waivers per test (total of 4).  If you submit a fee waiver and then fail to show up for the test, that counts as a used fee waiver.  Once you have utilized all of your fee waivers, if you would like to test again, you must pay for the test.  All ACT and SAT tests are given on SATURDAY mornings.

For the NCAA Clearinghouse: be sure to be in touch with Mr. Fletcher regarding this application.  The only thing that I can do is provide a fee waiver.
