この度はLivmoのシェアハウスをご利用いただきありがとうございました。
こちらは退去の解約申し込みフォームになります。お手数をおかけしますが、こちらのフォームの必須項目を記入し、送信ください。/Thank you for using Livmo 's share house this time.
Here is the withdrawal cancellation application form. Sorry for your inconvenience but please fill out this form and send it.

※解約は基本1ヶ月前での申請となります。それ以内ですと違約金が発生する恐れがありますので、お手元の契約書を確認ください。/The Termination date will be applied one month in advance. Please pay attention to the agreement at hand as there is a risk of penalties occurring within that.

＜退去立会い＞　/Move-out Inspection
退出時に、スタッフが立ち会いを行います。立ち会い時間までに荷物の運び出しは完了させて、ごみ類の処分をお願いします。/The staff will be present when you leave. Please complete the carry-out of your luggage by the  inspection, and dispose of your garbage.

保証会社に加入されている方へ/To those who are enrolled in a guarantee company
保証会社に加入されている方は、解約日に関わらず、最終月の賃料は原則1か月分満額の引き落としがかかりますので、ご了承ください。日割り賃料等のご返金がある場合は、退去完了後に精算額を確定しご返金させていただきます。
なお、現在または退去時点で保証会社への滞納がある場合、精算額の確認及び返金手続きにお時間がかかる可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。

Regardless of the cancellation date, individuals who are enrolled in a guarantee company will have the full amount of the rent for the final month deducted. Please be aware of this. If there is a refund for prorated rent or any other amount, we will calculate and refund it after the completion of the move-out process.

Please note that if there is any outstanding payment to the guarantee company at present or upon moving out, there may be a possibility of delays in the confirmation of the settlement amount and the refund process. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
