Open to Grade 4 & 5 students.

Students will learn how to use WeVideo to edit and produce a book trailer promoting a book of their choice. We will discuss what makes a book trailer effective, how to find copyright-free images and music, the ethical use of copyrighted material, and learn to edit using the video editing software tool WeVideo (https://www.wevideo.com/).

The club will meet for four sessions starting Wednesday, February 10, 2021 1:45-2:30pm

Submitting this form provides permission for your student to participate in the club, which may involve recording your student's voice and/or image. Videos will be shown to other club members but not shared in any other public manner. If your student would like to submit their video to the MCPS Spring Media Festival, a separate permission form will be required. More details will be shared about the media festival when available.
