Offerings & Prayer Requests for Medicine Buddha 2021 - European Region

Please note: You do not have to attend the Medicine Buddha Event to make offerings. All offerings must be requested by 10:00 Middle European Time the day before. The deadline for requesting offerings is Sept. 18th, at 10:00 MET.

INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please use this form for both offerings and for prayer requests during the Medicine Buddha Event.

The process works like this:

1. Choose your offerings or prayer request from the menu below.
2. Fill out this form, following all instructions.
3. After you send this form, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with steps for payment via PayPal.
4. Add the total Euros amount of your offerings and pay via paypal to this account:

5. You will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal.
6. If you would like to order multiples of any one offering, please provide the information in Section 3 below.

Please check your responses before submitting your request. Once you submit your request, you will receive the payment link. You must pay using our separate payment portal. Once you receive payment confirmation, your offerings will be made at the next available West Coast USA session. If you do not receive confirmation emails, that means your order has not been placed. Please contact the Offering Director. We wholeheartedly rejoice in your generosity!

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
