On the next page of this form, you will find a list of 6 newly released upcoming books that are aimed at a young adult audience.

For each book, search for and read a synopsis and reviews. You should try and seek out professional reviews (such as from Kirkus or Publisher's Weekly) but you can also consider other reviews, such as those found on Goodreads.

After reading these reviews, give the book of rating of 1 to 5 - 1 meaning that the library should NOT purchase the book for the young adult collection, and 5 meaning that the library should purchase the book. You'll also have the opportunity to provide any comments about the books you think might be helpful.

Please keep track of the approximate amount of time you've worked on this activity as a whole. You can round your time up the nearest 10 minutes.
