Spring Blood Drive Donor Sign Ups

NOTE: We are limited in how many students can sign up for the blood drive. We have filled up our quota for the Spring Blood Drive.
You can still sign up to be placed on the waiting list.
We cannot guarantee that you will be allowed to donate but every blood drive we have openings that are available due to students not submitting 16 year old permission slips and absences or illnesses the day of the blood drive. We encourage you to sign up and be placed on the waiting list just in case.
Requirements:

- Be free of cold and flu symptoms
- Must be at least 16 years old or older: ALL 16 YEAR OLDS must fill out a PERMISSION SLIP (You can print out a permission slip from Stanford -

OR a hardcopy from from Mr Burrell in P4). All permission slips must be turned into Mr Burrell by April 20).
