Like all of you, we have to be flexible and adapt to the current landscape. Just because we are staying home for the next 2 weeks doesn't mean we don't have access to training opportunities, the coaching staff and your fellow community members.
We will be hosting a two week "Flatten the Curve" challenge that includes points for tackling daily goals built around sleep, water, food, mental stimulation, daily workouts, wild challenges & keeping dirty fingers out of your mouth.
