2024 Fall Evaluation Registration - Please complete the following document to register for evaluations. 

One of AYSOs philosophies is balanced teams. We find this philosophy to be very important because it promotes a fair and competitive experience while ensuring everyone has fun. No one likes to see a one-sided game that doesn't benefit either team. 

Creating a balanced team is a challenging process, because in order to ensure balanced teams, we first must need to know the players. This is why a successful player evaluation is critical. For players playing in U8 thru U12 this Fall, please RSVP via this google for for the following scheduled evaluation event at Deft Touch Soccer Center in Los Alamitos.

Girls/Boys U8     (2017 & 2018 birth years) 
Girls/Boys U10   (2015 & 2016 birth years) 
Girls/Boys U12    (2013 & 2014 birth years) 

For evaluation, your child is required to wear tennis shoes (NO CLEATS) and shin guards. Please DO NOT have your child wear cleats, this is an indoor facility and does not allow the use of cleats. It is recommended that you arrive 25 minutes before your scheduled evaluation time. Once the evaluation session begins, it will take about 45 minutes. Your child's participation in the evaluation process is very important. 

***You must register to participate in this evaluation session. Please register by June 7, 2024 at 12:00pm ***

Parents who coach and referee will be given priority assignment for their child. If you are interested in being a coach or a referee, please contact one of the board members during the evaluations and let us know if you are interested in volunteering.

Once all players are evaluated their scores will be entered into the system so that teams can start being formed. 

Teams will  be balanced as best as possible. Thank you for your participation.  

Team formation should start by mid July 2024. 
The season is set to start September 7, 2024 and all teams should be able to start practicing in August.

In order for us to form teams we do need coaches. No Coaches = No Teams 
If you would like to volunteer to be a coach please register at www.ayso54.org 

Coaches will reach out to parents closer to the start of the season. Practices are based on the coaches schedule. All games will be played on Saturday's between the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm.
