Projects with low Build Activity
Dear Developer,

We are conducting a study on CI metrics and we noticed that in your project, something peculiar happened.
During the period you are using Travis CI, the project passed by a long period of inactivity.
We noticed that the TravisCI configuration file (.travis.yml) was committed to your project, but after this date, no builds were executed for a long period. Just after this long period, suddenly a considerated amount of builds were execute in a very short period and soon after, apparently Travis Ci was abandoned.

Our study needs to know why no builds were performed after the inclusion of .travis.yml file and near the end of use of TravisCI, suddenly a lot of builds were executed.
