Welcome to the 2023-2024 Accountability Program. This is the Foundation of International Medical Graduates' fourth annual Accountability Program whereby our team curates and hosts various workshops, resources and newsletters to help our peers keep on track towards their residency training goals over a 7 month programming period. Our participants include IMGs who may currently are in medical school, recent graduates and/or international interns. We welcome all of our colleagues and aspire to continue demonstrating support through this exclusive program.

While some themes may be similar to our prior year, the feedback of your colleagues and our coordinators have been considered and utilized to created a more robust program for you this year. We look forward to your future success! All workshops will be hosted by current resident mentors across North America.
