Please take your RSVP seriously, it helps organizers prepare the facilities and meals! To ensure registration for meals RSVPS must be made by Tuesday, April 2nd. This form can accommodate up to 4 registrations. If you have more than that just fill out the form again for additional people.

Your meal reservation is a firm commitment, and pay for your meals registration link. The steering committee is sympathetic to those that would choose to support a cash economy and avoid using a credit card to pay in advance. However, In order to provide catered meals, we purchase food in advance. In the past the organization has absorbed some losses, when meals are reserved and then not paid for when attendees have cancelled at the last minute. Thank you for your understanding of our new policy, and transition to a digital age!
This weekend event is free for members and apprentices to attend. Please check in at the meeting to see if your membership dues are up to date. If you are a non-member we ask for a suggested donation of $15-20. Membership dues and event donations are to be paid on site in cash or check.
