Dear Agricultural Students,

1. This survey form is ONLY open for student in Faculty of Agriculture, UPM.  

2.  All information need to be fill in completely within 18th Oct 2021 until 22nd Oct 2021.  

3.  For first year student, the study scheme regarding elective courses for Students October 2021 Onwards might be differ from other cohort, please refer to your Undergraduate Study Programme Hand Book , Academic Session 2021/2022.

4. For second year and onwards student, please refer to your Undergraduate Study Programme Hand Book , according to your cohort.

5. All the ELECTIVE Courses (EL) will be only process after you granted approval from lecturer.  Therefore, please write in application email to course lecturer and copied (cc) to Madam. Norhashikim Naser - norhashikim@upm.edu.my.   Please refer to faculty's website http://www.agri.upm.edu.my to access lecturer's email.   Your application only will be process after we receive an official confirmation from your course lecturer.
