This is a two part professional development opportunity - attendees should ensure they can be present for both sessions:

- Friday 13th May - 9:00 - 3:00pm
- Thursday 28th July - 1:00 - 3:30pm
LOCATIONS TBC (see questions below - will be dependent on covid settings)

These sessions will be aimed at Senior and Middle leaders in our schools, looking at the theories around change and strengthening communities. Some of the strategies addressed will be strengths awareness, networks .v. hierarchies, taking a balcony view and being aware of team dysfunctions.
