(no class Labour Weekend)

Payment is also required to secure your place.
The cost is $70 for Term Four sessions per skater. There will be no refunds.
The classes are facilitated by the Figure Skating branch of the New Plymouth Roller Sports Clun.
Maximum numbers per session is 30.. Number of spaces are limited (filling fast)
Certificates will be issued on completion of the term four course.

You MUST detail your name when making your payment to allow for reconciliation.

The club recommend leg and arm covering ( ie long pants and sleeves), helmet and gloves to protect hands. Participants are responsible for their own safety equipment. Please label items of clothing, drink bottles (personal property) in the event they are left at the rink so the owners can be found.
If you need to loan skates, please bring socks. The club cannot guarantee that your size will always be available.

This registration form should be completed by a parent or guardian if the skater is under 18 years old.

You will need to pre-register for each individual skater.

Pre-registration closes immediately all places are filled. Names may be held for waiting list if wanted.

By registering for the learn to skate classes, I agree to pay the full fee into the account as detailed above, listen to club coaches, arrive in time to put skates on and be ready for class at 8.30am (doors will open at 8.00am), attend all sessions in the series, advise by email if unable to attend. I acknowledge there are no refunds. I will obey club rules and coaching instruction. (A pamphlet will be available at the first session with more details to share with skaters and parent/ guardian) *
