This project will reconstruct the current four-lane roadway and reduce it to two lanes to accommodate the current traffic flow.  The proposed roadway will include new shoulders and pavement, ADA-compliant curb ramps, signage, pavement markings, and upgraded/additional street illumination, along with a proposed signal at the Morgan Avenue intersection. Utility improvements include water, I.T., and storm water.
