The ticket you are purchasing is for the entertainment, food, beverages and fun and for a chance to win one (or more) weapons or prises as a part of that purchase. All ticket purchasers enter the raffle, and all other sales at the event, is voluntarily and the event is open to the public. There are no guarantees, other than all 51 weapons and those items presented on this night, will be given away!

If you are a winner of a weapon, you must be able to pass any and all regulations and laws related to purchasing and owning a weapon in the state of Texas. All weapons will be picked up by the winner off site and by completing a firearms purchase application with the state of Texas at a retailer of our choice within 60 days of the event.

If the winner cannot meet these obligations, the winner forfeits the weapon (or prize) and no refunds nor thing of value will be given in exchange.
