Step 1: Application Form Instructions
Before completing this application form, you must meet with Dr. Baker. This semester, Dr. Baker's office hours are held by Zoom. To schedule an appointment, use this link: https://forms.gle/yVEYNAqFzTcVWCrf6 

The application process includes both (1) the application form and (2) the personal statement. Dr. Baker will not begin working with you to find an internship until have completed BOTH items.

If you are seeking an internship, the next step is to complete the personal statement. Instructions for the Personal Statement are available on the SAC Internship website. Both the application form and the personal statement must be complete before Prof Baker will move forward in helping you to find an internship.
