Payments and Refunds
I only accept Paypal payments. Invoices will be sent after the commission has been accepted.
Full payment will be needed before any work on your commission can begin.
If the job is cancelled (by me or you) after payment has been made, you will be charged based on what has been illustrated thus far (please review commissions sheet for prices).

General
I have the right to refuse your request.
If you are commissioning me for any kind of NSFW art, you must be over the age of 18.
I will advise you shortly after payment on timescales of the drawings.
If your request changes after payment, I will try to accommodate this change as much as possible, though please understand your price quote may change.
If, after the finished piece is provided, you have noticed mistakes I have made, I will adjust these without charge!
If, after the finished piece is provided, there are changes you’d like to be made that weren’t initially agreed upon, these can be made (at my discretion) at a charge.
The initial sketch will be sent to the email provided as a Work In Progress. I will change this WIP based on feedback up to 3 times without charge. Each change after will come with a $4 charge.
My Terms of Service (and prices) will change over time, when an order is made, you will receive a copy of the prices and Terms of Service you agreed to via email.

Rights and Ownership
Regardless of the characters depicted in the commissioned art, I still retain ownership of the finished piece.
The commissioner can use the piece of personal use only (you may not sell my work, or products featuring my work, nor can you advertise services using my work without my knowing).
As rights are retained, I may use the piece to self-promote, advertise, or for any other lucrative events.
You will not receive the source files for artwork, only the finished rendered piece.
I will not give you (or anyone) permission to copy/trace the image and claim it as their own.

There are certain topics I won’t cover in regards to NSFW art, these include:
Underage characters (Including cubs)
Vore
Scat/watersports
BDSM/glorified violence/gore
Diapers/infantilization
Inflation
‘Hyper’
