JJS Membership Application Form
Jacksonville Jazz Society Inc. (JJS) is a volunteer organization of jazz enthusiasts that includes professional jazz musicians, jazz scholars, jazz media professionals, jazz club and performance site owners and managers. The core of JJS, however, is composed of non-professionals who simply love jazz and are dedicated to “Keeping Jazz Alive” in Jacksonville.

As a member of JJS, you will have both a voice and a vote, to positively affect policies and all upcoming group projects and events. Members are highly encouraged to participate in JJS sponsored events. Meetings are normally held on the second Saturday of each month at 11:30 am at NAS (Naval Air Station) JAX, Roosevelt Blvd and Yorktown Ave, Jacksonville FL 32212. Our meetings are open to members, guests, family members and friends.

JJS Membership Dues are paid annually (Jan.1-Dec.31) and can be made via Cash App ($JaxJazzSociety), PayPal (Jacksonvillejazzsociety@gmail.com) or check mailed to: JJS, PO Box 261, Orange Park, FL 32067.

Rates are: $30/individual; $20/musicians; and $10/jazz students.
