Please complete the following form to notify the state office who will be volunteering to fulfill the Region II Leadership Conference volunteer requirement. Each chapter is required to provide one adult volunteer at the Region II Leadership Conference. Chapters that do not provide a volunteer will be charged a $150 fee. If a volunteer does not show up or fulfill their commitment, the chapter will be charged a $150 fee. Volunteer names are due December 1.
