Student Responsibility Agreement *

I agree that this program does not not claim to treat any of the conditions listed above and that yoga instruction is in no way intended as a substitute for medical counseling. The instructor does not diagnose illness or disease, I acknowledge that I have permission from my physician to practice yoga. The practice includes physical activity and therefore carries some risk of injury. I must judge my own capabilities and not exceed my limits. I agree to take full responsibility for any injuries that occur in the practice of yoga and to inform the instructor immediately if any injury occurs. The instructor may physically adjust the student in a yoga posture. If I do not want a physical adjustment, I will inform the instructor immediately. I hereby waive and release any claim for injury, illness, liability, loss, personal or otherwise that I might have against the instructor and/or Yoga Bhakti Inc. operating as Calgary Iyengar Yoga and its officers, directors, employees, teachers, agents, heirs and assigns.

Balance: $1150 USD due January 1

*Cancellations up to 60 days are subject to a $100 USD admin fee and within 60 days of the retreat are subject to waitlist availability and/or a $250 USD admin fee.
