Thank you for your interest in the OFS Drive Program, a free Driver License Education Program supported by Operation Fresh Start, 4 Lakes Driving School, The Urban League of Greater Madison, Dane County, and The City of Madison.

To be eligible you need to be 18-24 years old, live in Dane County, and not currently attending high school.

When you interview, we will need to gather the following documents that are necessary for obtaining a Driver License:

1) State ID (if you have one)
2) Original Birth Certificate
3) Original Social Security Card

If you don't have one or more of these documents, please share this with OFS Strive staff as we may be able to assist you in obtaining them.
