Time: 4PM - 6PM

Vaccines will be available for children 5-11 when accompanied by their parent.

To register for your child's COVID-19 shot please complete the questions below or contact the Lawrence Twp. Health Department at 609-844-7089.

Once registration closes, an email (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER) will be sent at least 48 hours prior to the clinic with a timeslot and registration form to print, fill out and bring to the COVID-19 vaccination appointment.

Be sure to bring your child's vaccination card if this will be their 2nd or 3rd dose.
