Times of entry and departure *
The venue will not be available earlier than the start time for your preparation and you will need to be ready to leave the building at the end of your booked time, therefore please ensure you allow plenty of time. We are open until 11pm Monday-Thursday and until midnight Friday-Sunday. Thank you. 
Have you allowed yourself enough preparation and clearance time? *
The room hired must be left in a reasonable condition. Failure to do so may result in additional charges being made. If you leave after your end time, you will be charged. 
Do you require vehicle access direct to the room you have booked? *
There is vehicle access to all rooms (access to the Dove Suite is up the ramp to the right of the building - please be sure to park on the hardstanding to avoid your vehicle getting stuck in the mud).
